People take this drug too lightly. Anesthetics should not be concentrated and turned into candy.
Obviously I don’t mind its natural presence in mint. Its presence in recreational consumables (breathmints, cigarettes) combined with its ubiquity among pharmaceuticals is what frightens me.

Worth seeing? > Yes.
Artistic masterpiece? > Absolutely not.
Special FX > They’re fun. I’m happy to say that James Cameron didn’t go way overboard with the 3D directing. I even saw a scene or two where I thought the 3D enhanced the movie (I didn’t expect this).
Political undertones > Present, but weakly supported in my opinion. I didn’t struggle to ignore them.
Plot > Classic white guilt, as many others have pointed out. Kind of weak.
In 10 years > No one will care. But for now, its a good way to kill a few hours.
